Notre Dame has secured a multiyear deal with So Fi Technologies, placing the financial service company's brand on the Fighting Irish's jerseys across all sports starting this season. The six-year agreement is valued at approximately $18 million to $20 million per year, making it potentially the richest in college athletics history. This marks the first time a corporate logo will appear as a patch on Notre Dame's uniforms.

As part of the partnership, So Fi will contribute $1.4 million annually to Notre Dame's "4 for Forever" campaign, which supports scholarships and student-athlete development. Notre Dame athletic director Pete Bevacqua highlighted So Fi's shared commitment to developing leaders. The deal also includes a full-tuition Champions Scholarship for deserving walk-on athletes.

This development follows Ohio State's announcement of a similar deal with JPMorgan Chase, worth nearly $17 million per year. NCAA Division I recently approved corporate uniform patches to help athletics departments manage increasing costs, allowing for two patches of up to 4 square inches on uniforms during regular-season games.
