A Canadian technology company, Mobii Systems Group Ltd., has filed a lawsuit against LIV Golf for more than $1 million in unpaid invoices and lost revenue. The suit, lodged in the U.S. District Court in Miami, alleges that LIV Golf failed to pay a licensing fee of $820,600 and $104,500 in usage fees for its "Any Shot, Any Time" broadcast technology this season.

Mobii Systems is also seeking an additional $209,531 in lost revenue, claiming LIV Golf breached a two-year contract set to expire on December 31. The lawsuit states that LIV Golf paid all invoices for the product in 2025. Despite a demand for payment by May 15, LIV Golf's senior vice president of technology, Nick Connor, informed Mobii in a May 25 email that the league would cease using its technology for remaining events.

Connor cited an evaluation of LIV Golf's "business model, our partnerships and our cost structure" and acknowledged payment delays. Mobii subsequently served LIV Golf with a notice of termination. The lawsuit asserts that LIV Golf's actions prevented Mobii from receiving contractually owed revenue for the remaining six events.
