Cameron (22-1, 8 KOs) holds the WBO title and is the only fighter to defeat Katie Taylor professionally. Mayer (22-2, 5 KOs) defends her WBC and WBA belts from Woodland Hills, California.

Cameron has won four straight since losing to Taylor, all by unanimous decision. Mayer is 3-0 since her IBF welterweight title challenge loss to Natasha Jonas in January 2024. Mayer last fought 303 days ago; Cameron last fought 146 days ago.
