Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany is doubtful to attend Wednesday's Champions League home game against Arsenal after being struck by a viral infection.
The illness is affecting his legs, raising questions about his ability to be on the touchline for the high-profile European fixture. Bayern's medical staff are monitoring his condition ahead of kickoff.
The match carries significant weight in the Champions League, with both clubs competing for a strong position in the tournament. Any absence of the Bayern head coach would be a notable blow for the German club as it prepares to host the English side.
The club has not yet confirmed whether Kompany will be fit to lead the team from the dugout. Fans and observers will be watching closely for an update in the lead-up to the match, as Bayern look to make their home advantage count against Arsenal.
