Hulcher Resources builds, maintains, and repairs the track, locomotives, and railcars that carry freight across the North American rail network. With 28 service centers in the US and Mexico, the crafter supports a broad base of customers, including all six North American Class I railroads, short‑line operators, passenger carriers, and industrial clients.

Turnspire Capital Partners has acquired Hulcher Services, a Denton, Texas‑based provider of mission‑critical rail infrastructure, maintenance, and field services. The deal positions Turnspire to strengthen its portfolio in a sector that is essential to the industrial economy, reinforcing long‑standing relationships with rail operators.

“Rail is critical to the industrial economy, and for six decades, Hulcher has been a trusted partner to operators, tending to the infrastructure that they simply cannot function without,” said Abel S. Osorio, managing partner at Turnspire. “That is exactly the kind of business Turnspire is built to support: essential, deeply embedded with customers, and powered by a field organization that performs when it matters most.”

BMO Capital Markets served as the financial advisor and Winston Taylor LLP as legal counsel to Turnspire, while Intrepid Investment Bankers advised Hulcher. The company was founded in 1966 and continues to deliver critical services to the industrial and agricultural sectors.

Through Hulcher Resources, the company also provides a range of critical services to the industrial and agricultural sectors, ensuring that essential goods move efficiently across the continent.

Turnspire's acquisition reflects its commitment to providing mission‑critical infrastructure solutions across North America.
