THL Partners has divested its stake in AMI, a firmware and platform management solutions provider based in Duluth, Georgia, to Lattice Semiconductor. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

As part of the deal, THL will maintain an equity ownership interest in Lattice Semiconductor. THL had initially made a majority investment in AMI in 2024. "AMI exemplifies the type of business in which we seek to invest – one that provides differentiated technology at the heart of an important and growing ecosystem," stated Jim Carlisle, managing director and head of technology & business solutions at THL. "It has been a privilege to partner with Sanjoy and the entire AMI team."
