Lattice Semiconductor Corporation has completed its acquisition of AMI, a deal first announced on May 4, 2026. This integration is expected to create the industry's most comprehensive secure management and control platform. The acquisition is projected to positively impact Lattice's gross margin, free cash flow, and earnings per share on a non-GAAP basis, supporting their goal of reaching $1 billion or more in annual revenue by the end of 2026.

By combining Lattice's low-power FPGA expertise with AMI's leading platform firmware and infrastructure manageability technologies for cloud and AI, Lattice significantly expands its capabilities, scale, customer base, and addressable market. The unified entity is positioned to address the critical hardware and firmware needs of hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and neocloud providers, tackling the escalating demands for security, power, and performance in modern AI infrastructure.
