Permira has named Giorgio Dinaro as the new head of its Milan office, succeeding Francesco Pascalizi, who has held the role since 2019. Dinaro, who joined Permira in 2014 and became managing director in the consumer sector in 2021, will lead the firm’s operations in Italy, a market where the firm has invested in over 55 companies since opening its Milan office in 1988. Pascalizi will remain as partner and global co-head of consumer, based in Milan.

The leadership transition underscores Permira’s continued focus on Italy’s dynamic market, where it aims to support ambitious businesses domestically and internationally.
