One Equity Partners has announced a majority investment in Myriad360, a services-led global systems integrator, for undisclosed terms. Myriad360’s existing leadership team will continue to run the business and keep a significant ownership position alongside OEP.
Myriad360 offers capabilities across AI, cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, networking and data center modernization. Founded in 2003, the company serves clients including enterprises and neoclouds. It expanded its services earlier this year through the acquisition of Advizex Technologies.
