Private equity firm Oakley Capital has elevated four managing directors to partner, expanding its leadership team. The promotions include Alessandro Celli, Konstantin Synetos, Lovis von Andrian and Mike Mutsaers, all key members of the investment team who have driven significant deals for the firm since joining between 2016 and 2020.

Celli, who joined in 2020, focuses on the technology sector and was instrumental in investments including Paraty Tech. Synetos, with Oakley since 2018, leads the lower mid-market origin strategy and helped secure deals like Athena Racing. Von Andrian, with the firm since 2016, brings expertise in hosting and infrastructure software through deals with Contabo and Assured Data Protection.

Mutsaers joined in 2018 and focuses on business services, having worked on investments including GLAS. Additionally, Cristina Popescu, Peter Kisenyi and Alessandro Costamagna were promoted from director to managing director, reflecting Oakley's continued expansion and commitment to developing internal talent to support its growing portfolio.
