Littlejohn & Co has promoted Brian Michaud to managing partner, joining managing partners Antonio Miranda and Steven Raich, and chief operating officer Shant Mardirossian in leading the firm. Michaud, who joined Littlejohn in 2007 and serves on the investment committee, will share management responsibilities.

In related leadership changes, managing partner and CEO Michael Klein has been named chairman, while managing partner and president Brian Ramsay has been named vice chairman. Both will continue to support the firm's strategic direction.

Headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, Littlejohn oversees approximately $9 billion in regulatory assets under management. The private equity firm focuses on middle-market investments across various sectors.
