Charlesbank Capital Partners has appointed Brandon White and Sandor Hau as co-managing partners to lead the firm. Michael Choe, who served as president and CEO for the last 12 years, will transition to managing partner emeritus.

White will continue leading private equity alongside David Katz, who has been promoted to co-head of private equity. Hau will remain head of credit. The executive committee will expand to include managing directors David Katz, Pedro Vaz and Carolyn Wintner.

Founded in 1998 with offices in New York and Boston, Charlesbank manages approximately $21.5 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2026.
