Ardurra Group, backed by Littlejohn, has acquired Remington & Vernick Engineers in a move that expands its engineering footprint in the Northeast. The Miami-based firm, which provides complex engineering, consulting, and design services, now employs approximately 2,600 people across more than 120 offices nationwide.

Founded in 1901, RVE offers design, planning, and construction management services across water, municipal, transportation, and other markets. The company will continue operating from its Cherry Hill, New Jersey headquarters and 13 additional offices across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and North Carolina.

Leonard Faiola, RVE's president and CEO, described the deal as an opportunity to build upon the company's 125-year legacy while gaining enhanced expertise and innovative tools. AEC Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to RVE on the transaction. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
