Broad Sky Partners sold Atlanta-based Smith + Howard to TPG Growth, marking the firm's debut exit. Under Broad Sky, the assurance, tax and advisory platform quadrupled revenues, completed nine add-ons and expanded from one office to 11 locations across the Southeast and India with roughly 800 professionals. CEO Tyler Zachem cited durable demand for tax and audit services amid regulatory complexity.

Separately, Goldman Sachs Alternatives is preparing Divcon Controls for sale, retaining JPMorgan Securities. The Dallas-based power contractor for data centers generates $70 million EBITDA and could fetch 15x-17x, valuing it at $1 billion-$1.2 billion. Sustainability-focused PE firms and strategics like Honeywell are expected bidders.

PE Hub's companies-for-sale tracker shows 176 firms testing the market this year versus 79 in 2025. Three deals closed this week: BC Partners-backed Context Logic acquired gChem for $850 million; Veritas Capital bought Trinity Consultants ($175 million EBITDA) from Oak Hill Capital; and Bain Capital purchased teahouse brand Gong cha from TA Associates.
