Grovecourt Capital Partners portfolio company Guide Architecture has acquired MAIA Consulting, a 25-person healthcare consulting firm specializing in medical equipment planning, for undisclosed terms. MAIA provides medical equipment planning, project management, procurement support, BIM and Revit services, inventory assessment and implementation support to healthcare providers, architects and project teams across the US. Melody Vandivere, MAIA's founder, will continue to lead the practice and become Guide's national medical equipment planning leader, directing the growth of its medical equipment planning business and team.
