One Rock Capital Partners has added Damon Anderson to its team of operating partners. Anderson will work with the firm’s portfolio companies on supply chain and procurement initiatives to drive post-acquisition value. Anderson has more than 25 years of experience across procurement, global sourcing, supply chain, acquisition integration and operational improvement at both PE-backed and publicly traded companies. Most recently he was vice president, global sourcing and distribution, at NSI Industries, which operated under a series of private equity owners. At NSI he held several supply chain and sourcing leadership roles, built the company’s acquisition integration playbook and guided the business through a series of acquisitions. Before NSI, Anderson held sourcing leadership roles at Newell Brands, most recently as segment sourcing lead for the company’s global tools business.
He joins at a time when procurement and supply chain performance are increasingly central to the value creation plans we build within our portfolio companies…,” said R. Scott Spielvogel, managing partner at One Rock. Working with operating partners has been central to One Rock’s strategy since its inception, and Anderson joins a team of 30.
