ETNA has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Brolis Defence Group, a Lithuanian developer of advanced electro-optical sensing technology for defense applications. Founded in 2011 by three brothers in Vilnius, Brolis creates high-precision systems used by European and NATO Ministries of Defense and law enforcement organizations. The company's technologies enable battlefield awareness and decision support across dismounted user and fixed site platforms.

Brolis' founding brothers retain a significant shareholding and will continue leading the business alongside ETNA, which focuses on defense, cyber security, and critical infrastructure protection. The company's systems support target designation, precision ranging, and long-range situational awareness for allied forces in complex operational environments. CEO Dominykas Vizbaras and CTO brothers Augustinas and Kristijonas Vizbaras will maintain their leadership roles.

ETNA's founding partners include Frederik Busch, Florian Funk, and Wolff van Sintern, who bring experience from CataCap, EQT, and McKinsey respectively. Florian Funk emphasized ETNA's goal to support international scaling, expand industrial capacity, and accelerate product development. The investment aims to combine Brolis' engineering capabilities with ETNA's strategic network across NATO and European defense ecosystems to strengthen Europe's technological sovereignty.
