The deal combines two significant players in higher education marketing, creating a powerhouse with nearly six decades of collective expertise. The combined organization now serves more than 400 institutional clients across more than 50 countries. This expanded reach provides substantial market penetration for both firms. EducationDynamics benefits from Net Natives' technology capabilities, while Net Natives gains access to EDDY's broader client base and resources in the higher education space.

Net Natives brings its Akero platform to the partnership, offering advanced attribution and performance visibility across the student recruitment funnel.
