CampusWorks Inc, backed by Atlantic Street Capital, has merged with Dynamic Campus, an Austin-based organization serving higher education institutions. The combined entity will operate under the CampusWorks brand, creating a scaled consulting platform for colleges and universities. No financial terms were disclosed.

CampusWorks, founded in 1999 and based in Sarasota, Florida, provides consulting services for higher education. Dynamic Campus, established in 2002, has served as a complementary provider in the same space. The merger brings together two long-standing players in the higher education consulting market.

Paul Sun, partner at Atlantic Street Capital, emphasized that the combination creates a best-in-class organization with enhanced capabilities to support the evolving needs of higher education institutions. The deal positions the merged company to offer expanded services and a stronger foundation for long-term growth in the competitive higher education consulting sector.
