Crest Rock Partners has made an investment in Andrew Site Work, a Fort Myers, Florida-based contractor for public infrastructure projects. No financial terms were disclosed.

ASW was founded in 2008 by Ralph Andrew, who serves as founder and CEO. The company regularly performs retrofit, installation, and emergency repair activities for local counties, cities, and municipalities.

The investment marks Crest Rock's entry into the civil contracting space, targeting a firm with established municipal relationships across Southwest Florida. ASW's focus on essential infrastructure maintenance provides recession-resistant revenue streams.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, though the partnership is expected to accelerate ASW's geographic expansion and service capabilities. The transaction underscores continued private equity interest in infrastructure services providers with stable government contracts.
