Airo, a provider of HVAC and plumbing installation services for multifamily and light commercial property developers, announced its acquisition of Legrande’s Enterprises, a specialty plumbing and HVAC firm based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The deal, backed by CCMP Growth, marks Airo’s first partnership with the firm.

Legrande’s was founded in 2009 and has built a loyal customer base with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
