CompassMSP, a managed IT and cybersecurity provider backed by Agellus Capital, has acquired The Logic Group. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Logic Group, founded in 1996 and led by CEO Greg Beese, is also a managed IT and cybersecurity firm based in Philadelphia. CompassMSP, headquartered in West Hartford, Connecticut, offers similar services, integrating The Logic Group into its existing operations.
