Headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, Decks & Docks is a distributor of composite decking and outdoor living products. The acquisition supports its strategic geographic expansion, adding a Minnesota location and its first presence in the Upper Midwest.

Pro Deck Supply, founded in 2014, serves professional contractors and DIY homeowners in the Minneapolis area, offering framing, decking, railing, and accessories. Shawn Roberts, CEO of Decks & Docks, stated the move leverages Pro Deck Supply's local expertise and customer relationships. Tyler Wallace, president of Decks & Docks, emphasized the strategic value in serving the Upper Midwest market, calling it a "logical next step" for growth. The deal, backed by private equity firm CCMP Growth, positions Decks & Docks for continued expansion in the region.
