BVP Forge, the private equity arm of Bessemer Venture Partners, has made a strategic investment in Nevvon, a New York City-based compliance and training infrastructure behind the home care and self-directed care workforce. Nevvon's caregivers have completed more than 57 million lessons across a network of over 650,000 users. The investment will help Nevvon expand its platform and deepen its work with payors and self-directed care programs across the US.

Alongside the investment, Nevvon launched Train Once, a tool that lets completed compliance training transfer with caregivers as they move between agencies. Nevvon's national caregiver network has grown more than 300% over the past five years, with a compliance and audit framework spanning all 50 states. Navid Oreizy, partner at BVP Forge, said Nevvon has 'an exceptional reputation as the most innovative and AI-forward compliance infrastructure for the homecare industry,' with a roadmap to extend its presence across the continuum of care.
