Kelso & Company and Ara Services Partners have made a growth investment in Beacon Communications, a Littleton, Colorado-based provider of critical communications and security technology solutions. The investment will support Beacon's continued expansion across geographies, end markets, and service offerings.

The deal maintains Beacon's existing leadership team in place while allowing them to retain meaningful ownership. William Henry Insurance will also remain an equity partner in the company. Founded in 1998, Beacon has established itself as a provider of integrated communications and security technology solutions.
