BC Partners has agreed to acquire a co-control stake in InfoRLife, a Swiss CDMO specializing in ready-to-use IV infusion bags. InfoRLife, founded in 2002 as a division of ACS Dobfar, operates manufacturing sites in Switzerland, Romania, and Tunisia.

BC Partners, advised by Latham & Watkins, PwC, Jefferies, and Rothschild, plans to invest in InfoRLife's research and development, expand its product pipeline, drive operational improvements, and pursue further acquisitions. This marks BC Partners’ second investment through its Fund XII, following the acquisition of Fortidia.

The deal, in partnership with ACS Dobfar, aims to leverage InfoRLife's end-to-end development, manufacturing, and out-licensing capabilities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
