Altas Partners and L Catterton have agreed to acquire a majority stake in Fullscript from HGGC and Snapdragon Capital Partners for undisclosed terms. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter, subject to regulatory approvals. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, Fullscript serves more than 135,000 healthcare practitioners and 10 million patients annually across North America. Its platform spans evidence-based supplement recommendations and fulfillment, laboratory management, wearable health data integration, and patient adherence tools.

Recent momentum includes a January 2026 partnership with Oura to integrate wearable biometric data into clinical workflows, the April 2026 launch of Fullscript Journeys, and the 2024 acquisition of Rupa Health, which added laboratory ordering capabilities. Marc Magliacano, managing partner at L Catterton, noted the rapid convergence of conventional and functional medicine and said Fullscript provides trusted whole-health protocols integrated into daily practice management.

Centerview Partners advised Fullscript. Evercore, Morgan Stanley, and RBC Capital Markets served as financial advisors, with McDermott Will & Emery and Kirkland & Ellis as legal counsel to Altas and L Catterton. Jefferies and William Blair advised HGGC and Snapdragon. Altas Partners manages over $10 billion with offices in Toronto and New York. L Catterton manages approximately $40 billion of equity capital.
