Private equity firm Ambienta’s portfolio company Cap Vert Group has acquired four French businesses: TGBL Group, Ets Julien, Chenot Paysage and Joigneaux Paysagiste. This marks the 16th add-on acquisition for the platform since Ambienta invested in 2021. The move consolidates Cap Vert’s position in the fragmented environmental services market.

These acquisitions strengthen Cap Vert’s national footprint in landscaping and environmental maintenance. The deals align with Ambienta’s strategy of building scaled platforms in Europe’s green transition sector. Cap Vert now has a broader service offering and geographic reach to compete with larger rivals.
