Marco Sealing Solutions, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, has acquired Rocket Seals Inc, a Denver-based distributor specializing in O-rings and sealing products for MRO and OEM customers. Rocket Seals was founded in 1956 and serves diverse markets that include fluid power, aerospace, oil & gas, medical equipment, food & beverage, water treatment and heavy equipment.

Marco is a provider of specialty rubber, plastic, and metal components. This transaction marks the ninth acquisition since Marco partnered with ACP, demonstrating the platform's continued growth strategy through strategic add-on acquisitions in the industrial sealing and components sector.

The acquisition expands Marco's product offerings and geographic reach, particularly in the Rocky Mountain region where Rocket Seals has established a strong customer base across multiple end markets. Both companies share a focus on technical expertise and customer service in the distribution of high-performance sealing solutions.
