Bluejack Fire & Life Safety, backed by Agellus Capital, has acquired Houston-based Phillips Fire & Life Safety for undisclosed terms. Headquartered in Houston, Bluejack is a national service provider of fire & life safety services. Rob Driskell serves as CEO of Bluejack.

On the deal, Agellus Capital co-founder and managing partner Jeff Aiello said in a statement, “Phillips increases our presence in the Greater Houston market. We are excited to partner with Dan and the Phillips team as we invest in the company's continued growth, expand its capabilities, and provide additional resources to support its customers and employees.”

Squire Patton Boggs served as legal counsel to Agellus Capital. Phillips was founded in 2022.
