In a move within the technology sector firmware provider AMI to Lattice Semiconductor, though THL will retain an ownership interest in the acquiring entity. Meanwhile, Carlyle backed cybersecurity firm Secturion, marking the initial investment from Carlyle's dedicated aerospace, defense, and industrials platform.

Energy and Infrastructure Investments Highlighted
