Care Career, a Las Vegas-based healthcare workforce technology organization, has acquired MAS Medical Staffing, a travel nurse and allied staffing agency backed by Periscope Equity. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. MAS Medical Staffing, founded in 2002, is headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire.

This acquisition marks Care Career's seventh strategic move in the last 24 months. Care Career's group president and CEO, Siva Konatham, stated, "Our vision is to build the AI-powered infrastructure that modernizes healthcare workforce management." He further elaborated on the company's mission to transform the healthcare workforce industry from a fragmented, labor-intensive model to a data-driven, technology-enabled ecosystem that enhances speed, efficiency, and workforce visibility for healthcare providers.

Looking ahead, Care Career anticipates its consolidated annual revenue will surpass $250 million by the end of 2026. This expansion through strategic acquisitions like MAS Medical Staffing underscores Care Career's commitment to its growth and modernization goals within the healthcare staffing sector.
