Fundraising and Fund Terms

Astorg is offering anchor LPs in its ninth fund a 12% preferred return, a rare terms package that raises questions about whether an elevated hurdle rate aligns interests or simply makes fundraising harder.

Buenavista Equity has acquired a 71% stake in Spanish trauma care group Tiryaq Medical, which runs two owned clinics in Madrid. GTCR co-led a $200m second lien loan for Thoma Bravo's Sophos.
