iQOO is preparing to launch a new flagship smartphone in China powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 chipset. The device might debut as part of the Neo 11 series, though the official name remains unconfirmed. Tipster Digital Chat Station leaked the key specifications, suggesting this could be one of iQOO's most ambitious releases yet.

The phone features a 6.83-inch flat AMOLED display with 2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. Battery life gets a significant boost with an 8,000mAh single-cell capacity, easily rivaling gaming-focused phones. Photography capabilities include a 200MP primary rear camera, while durability comes from a metal frame and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance.

Security features a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, though previous rumors about a built-in cooling fan have been debunked. Some speculated this might be the iQOO 15T, but that device was separately rumored to include active cooling—which this model lacks. The Neo 11 name remains the leading candidate for this device's identity.
