Ahead of its August 18 launch in China, iQOO disclosed the chipsets behind the Neo11 Ultra and Z11s, building on earlier design and battery specs.

The Neo11 Ultra will run on a custom Dimensity 9500 M chipset, an all‑big‑core CPU built on a 3nm process. iQOO claims the design delivers "top‑tier performance and power efficiency" via its Monster Hyper‑Core engine. The Z11s, meanwhile, will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7500.

Additional Neo11 Ultra features include Origin OS 6, IP68 and IP69 ratings, a F2 luminescent AMOLED that can reach up to 2,000 nits, and a 9,100mAh battery. The Z11s will carry a larger 10,000mAh cell.

These details set the stage for a high‑performance gaming phone lineup that balances cutting‑edge power with durability and display brilliance.
