iQOO has unveiled its first T-series smartphone, the 15T, featuring MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 'Monster Edition' chip. This custom SoC replaces the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 found in other iQOO 15 models, incorporating the brand's in-house Q3 gaming chip for enhanced frame-rate stability. The device targets gamers with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage options.

The 15T showcases a 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits peak brightness. Notably, it's iQOO's first phone with a 200MP main camera using a 1/1.56-inch sensor with f/1.88 aperture and OIS, paired with a 50MP ultrawide lens. The front features a 16MP camera integrated into the panel.

Power comes from an 8,000mAh Si-C battery supporting 100W wired charging, though wireless charging is absent. The phone earns IP68 and IP69 ratings for durability. Pricing starts at CNY 3,799 for the 12GB/256GB variant and reaches CNY 5,699 for the top-tier 16GB/1TB model, positioning it as a premium gaming-focused device running OriginOS 6 on Android 16.
