The instrument cluster, or binnacle, uses two stacked OLEDs and Samsung’s proprietary HIAA Tech to punch a 20‑mm hole that reveals a physical needle. The upper 12.9” layer shows gauge indexes, while the lower 12” layer houses the needle, creating a three‑dimensional readout that feels more like a dashboard than flat glass. Ferrari’s chief R&D officer Ernesto Lasalandra said the new display setup delivers an unprecedented cockpit where legacy and future‑oriented tech coexist.
