Samsung kicked off its Galaxy S26 series launch at Unpacked 2026, unveiling the Galaxy S26 Ultra, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 alongside the Galaxy Buds 4 lineup. The flagship S26 Ultra starts at $1,300 with a 6.9-inch AMOLED display featuring a new Privacy Display that prevents screen viewing from side angles. The S26 and S26+ begin at $900 and $1,100 respectively, each powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset in North America.

Samsung made modest design tweaks across the S26 lineup, rounding corners to match the Ultra's aesthetic and increasing battery capacities to 4,300mAh and 5,000mAh. The camera systems remain largely unchanged from last year, though Samsung promises enhanced color precision through its MDNIe chip and improved skin tone rendering via the new Object Aware Engine. The company also announced AI partnerships with Google Gemini and Perplexity, introducing agentic features that can handle multi-step tasks like booking rides or placing grocery orders.

Galaxy Buds 4 pricing starts at $180 while the Pro model costs $250, both available March 11. The earbuds feature redesigned stems, improved active noise cancellation, and head gesture controls on the Pro variant. Samsung also relaunched its Try Galaxy experience, letting users test the new UI on existing devices before purchasing.
