For many of us, Charlie Brown and the "Peanuts" gang mark some of our very first movie memories. That's why Apple TV is ensuring everyone can revisit those warm and fuzzy childhood feelings, regardless of whether they have an active Apple TV subscription. "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" follows the gang on their Halloween adventures, including trick-or-treating and waiting for the Great Pumpkin. It's gone from CBS, and PBS, likely forever. But, Apple TV will once again make the Halloween classic available for free to any who want to watch on Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18. Charlie Brown and the gang will also return for free during the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons later in 2026.

In any modern web browser, go to tv.apple.com, log into your i Cloud account or make a new one, find the show, and press Play. Watch it on your computer or stream it to a television of your choice. In 2020, Apple signed a deal with rights holders Wild Brain and Peanuts Worldwide to bring Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the whole gang to Apple TV. In October 2025, the company announced an extension of that deal. Apple TV holds streaming rights to all Peanuts content through 2030. To watch new or classic specials outside limited streaming windows, you'll need an Apple TV subscription. Apple TV offers a free, three-month trial when a first-time watcher buys a qualifying device, such as an i Phone. There is also a free seven-day trial, after which the monthly cost is $14.99 or $119.99 per year.
