Gamers can stream gameplay directly to Discord from the Meta Quest headset and interact via their Meta avatars during calls, blending social interaction with immersive experiences.

The rollout follows a year-long wait since Meta first announced the partnership at its 2023 Connect conference, where users previously relied on sideloaded workarounds.
