Meta has partnered with Xbox to bring the "starter edition" of Xbox Game Pass to its Horizon Plus subscription service for VR gaming. This collaboration grants VR users access to a library of over 50 games on Quest headsets, featuring a mix of AAA and indie titles.

Key titles include Fallout 4, Fallout 76, and Overcooked 2. The starter edition also provides 10 hours of cloud gaming monthly, allowing users to stream titles. Additionally, users can download games for unlimited play and benefit from synced progression across Xbox, PC, and Meta Quest headsets. The service is rolling out today, July 21.

The Meta Horizon Plus subscription, priced at $7.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD annually, offers exclusive deals on Meta Quest games. Future updates will enable emulation of an Xbox gamepad with Quest Touch controllers. This partnership follows Meta and Xbox's previous collaboration on the limited edition Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition.
