The Ball x Pit roguelite game has received its first major free update, dubbed the "Regal Update." This release introduces an endless mode, highly requested by fans, letting players test their builds after defeating a level's boss. The update is available across all platforms, and is one of three planned for this year, expanding the core gameplay experience.

Alongside the endless mode, the update adds two new playable characters: The Falconer and The Carouser. The Falconer uses side-mounted birds to launch balls, while The Carouser uses a personal gravity field. Eight new special balls, including the volatile Stone Ball and visually explosive Fireworks Ball, join the mix, adding more strategic depth.

The update also includes three new passive abilities, like the Iron Onesie, which boosts special ball damage based on the number of baby balls in play. Furthermore, Ball x Pit now supports additional languages, including Spanish (Latin America), Polish, Italian, Thai, Turkish, and Ukrainian. The update aims to keep the game fresh and engaging for players.
