Ball x Pit, the roguelite mashup of Breakout and Vampire Survivors, launches on iOS and Android on March 12. Developer Kenny Sun and Friends announced the mobile version will feature a free trial with no ads, allowing players to unlock the full game through a single in-app purchase.

Originally released across PC, consoles, and Switch platforms, Ball x Pit combines brick-breaking action with base-building mechanics. Players collect blueprints and resources to reconstruct a fallen town while finding synergies between characters, passive abilities, and special balls like Lightning, Ghost, and Poison variants that can be fused or evolved.

Touch controls should translate well to mobile, with automatic ball firing letting players focus on character movement and aiming. The game is currently available on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, and the developer plans three updates for 2026, with the first arriving in January. Fans are hoping for cross-progression support across platforms, as many have already invested dozens of hours on PS5, PC, and Xbox.
