Is Apple One Worth It After Price Hikes?

Following recent price increases for Apple Music and two Apple One tiers, the Apple One bundle continues to offer significant savings for users who regularly utilize its included services. The value proposition, however, hinges on individual usage patterns and whether these services would otherwise be purchased separately.

Introduced in 2020, Apple One provides three tiers: Individual, Family, and Premier. While it bundles popular services like Apple Music, Apple TV+, and Apple Arcade, users may find themselves paying for subscriptions they don't fully utilize. For instance, Apple Music Individual is now $11.99 per month, while Apple One Individual remains $19.95, offering substantial savings if all included services are used.

Apple One Family and Premier also saw price adjustments, with Family increasing to $27.95 and Premier to $39.95. Despite these increases, both tiers offer greater maximum monthly savings than before, especially for households sharing services like Apple Music or requiring more iCloud+ storage. Ultimately, the worth of Apple One depends on a user's specific needs and whether the bundle replaces existing, individually purchased subscriptions.
