iPhone Apple Intelligence Settlement: How to Check Eligibility

Apple users who bought certain iPhones between June 2024 and March 2025 may qualify for settlement payments over delayed Siri and Apple Intelligence features. The proposed settlement in *Landsheft v. Apple Inc.* offers $25 per eligible device to U.S. buyers of iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and the entire iPhone 16 lineup. However, the official claims process hasn't opened yet, and the court won't consider preliminary approval until June 2026.

Eligible buyers must have purchased their device in the U.S. for personal or business use between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025. The proposed payment caps at $95 per device depending on total claims filed. Users can verify their model under Settings, General, About, where they'll also find the serial number needed for any future claim. Seven models are covered: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16e, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Scammers have already launched fake settlement sites targeting eager claimants. The official administrator, Verita Global, hasn't launched any claim portal yet. Anyone claiming to process immediate payments is attempting to steal personal information. Buyers should gather their serial number, Apple Account email, and purchase records now—but wait for the legitimate settlement website before submitting anything.
