Apple TV+ is bringing its hit series Widow's Bay to select AMC Theaters for special one-night screenings on Wednesday, August 12. This marks a rare move for Apple, which typically reserves theatrical releases for its films.

The screenings will feature the final three episodes of the season, offering fans a chance to experience them in a shared setting. Matt Cherniss, head of programming for Apple TV, expressed excitement about the partnership with Rutgers University and praised Katie Dippold's creation of the series' unique world. The finale originally streamed on Apple TV+ on June 17.

Venues include AMC locations in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco, with showings starting at 7:30 PM local time. Tickets for the event are available via a provided link. The first season of Widow's Bay is currently streaming on Apple TV+, and the series has been renewed for a second season.
