Apple released iOS 27 beta 3 to developers today, the second follow-up since the WWDC debut. Build 24A5380h centers on Apple Intelligence, Siri AI, Liquid Glass refinements, and quality-of-life changes. Public beta arrives in July with final release in September alongside new iPhones.

Key changes include a redesigned Reminders app icon with hollow colored bullets, Apple Intelligence asset redownloads temporarily resetting Siri access, and Settings indexing now reading "Optimizing Search and Siri." Siri voice customization sliders for Pace and Expressivity now function. Safari gains four features: automatic tab organization, topic-based bookmark browsing, page change notifications, and custom extension creation. watchOS 27 beta 3 adds Siri AI support and a standalone Siri app.

Visual tweaks include softer specular highlights on app icons and new Golden Gate Bridge wallpapers in macOS 27. Shortcuts now offers direct action view editing, while Control Center's status bar displays cellular signal and type even on Wi-Fi.

iPhone 11 and later plus iPhone SE 2 and newer support iOS 27, though Apple Intelligence features require newer hardware. The beta remains unstable for daily use with expected bugs, battery drain, and app compatibility issues.
