Apple has rolled out a new Pride Luminance wallpaper with the iOS 26.5 update, available for all compatible iPhone models. The colorful wallpaper features strips of colors that animate and transition as you swipe from the lock screen to the home screen. The vibrant default palette celebrates the LGBTQ+ community, continuing Apple's tradition of Pride-themed wallpapers that have been a yearly addition since iOS 17.

To install it, update to iOS 26.5, then long-press your lock screen and tap the plus button in the Wallpapers gallery. Scroll down to Pride and download the wallpaper. You can choose from about ten preset styles or create your own by selecting up to 12 colors in the Custom option. You can also change widgets and how the time appears, with the iOS 26.5 large glassy font style being the default.

A matching colorful watch face is also available for Apple Watch after installing watchOS 26.5. Users can customize it the same way - picking from presets or choosing their own 12-color palette. The customization extends beyond colors, allowing changes to widgets and the time display. You can save multiple lock screens and switch between them anytime.
