Ford is unleashing serious horsepower with new dealer-installed supercharger packages for its 5.0-liter Coyote V-8 engines. Developed with Whipple Superchargers, the kits push the F-150 to 700 horsepower and the Mustang to 810 horsepower. Both packages feature the 3.0-liter Whipple blower, dual pass intercoolers, and custom calibrations.

The F-150 kit costs $10,250 and delivers 590 lb-ft of torque, though it's not quite at Raptor R performance levels. The Mustang package, priced at $10,500, includes additional upgrades like a 92mm throttle body and Shelby GT500 fuel injectors. Neither kit is CARB-approved for 2026 models, limiting availability in certain states.

These aftermarket upgrades represent Ford's strategy to keep performance enthusiasts satisfied beyond factory specs. While expensive, the packages offer substantial power gains for owners unwilling to wait for future performance variants. The timing is notable as Ford's electric Lightning pickup remains on hiatus, potentially creating demand for high-performance internal combustion options in the interim.
