Ford Motor has moved away from producing traditional family sedans, hatchbacks, and minivans to focus on a lineup of 'passionate' vehicles. The company now emphasizes high-powered sports cars, off-road SUVs, and pickup trucks.

At Ford's customization division, Matt Simpson leads a team that designs premium upgrade packages for vehicles like the Bronco SUV and F-150 pickup. These packages include unique paint jobs and high-horsepower engine modifications, creating a lucrative business segment.

During a recent demonstration at a Nascar racetrack in Michigan, Simpson showcased a parade of customized vehicles, highlighting Ford's new direction. The display featured brawny off-road SUVs, powerful sports cars, and heavily modified pickups.

'This is the most passionate lineup that Ford has ever had,' Simpson stated, reflecting the company's strategic shift toward performance-oriented and enthusiast-focused vehicles rather than conventional family transportation.
